The first vines were planted in 1997. Only 250 vines were planted that year in order to try out differents grape varietals.
The next year 5,000 vines were planted. Vidal was selected as the principal grape varietal, taking into consideration that it is most suited for Ice-Wine production, in which we specialize.
In 1999, 3,000 additional vines were planted and more vines were subsequently planted each year. Today, our vineyard boasts circa 15,000 vines of different grape varietals such as: Vidal, Geisenheim, Seyval, Marechal Foch, Lucy Kuhlman, Seyval Noir, Sabrevois and St. Croix.
We plan on doubling our vine plantation in the course of the next few years. Our estate has carved an enviable reputation for its award winning wines, served at Quebec's finest establishments.
Our goal is to become a leader in the production of the much coveted Ice-Wine as well as other specialty wines...
