Chocolat cake with red wine

Ingredients
  • 150g soft butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 50g bitter cocoa (or 2 tsp. Tablespoons)
  • 1 / 2 baking powder
  • 200g flour
  • 10cl Red wine
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
Preparation
Mix the butter cut into small pieces and sugar until creamy foam.

Separate whites from yolks.
Add the yellow foam butter, well mixed.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, you can melt the chocolate in the microwave with a little butter. The add the above mixture, Knead.

Then add the cocoa and baking powder, then half the flour.

Pour red wine and finish with the remaining flour and cinnamon.

Preheat oven to 180 °

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. The mix gently with the paste before.

Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Pour the batter and cook about 45 min.
